Thirroul Community Garden Working Bee – Saturday 17th September
We will be building a new native garden, tidying the garden entrance, preparing new beds and decorating the fence in preparation for the UCI World road race!
Time: 9-11am Saturday 17th September
A hat, covered shoes and gardening gloves recommended.
Tea, coffee and light refreshments provided.
UCI World Cycling celebration – Saturday 24th September
Thirroul Community Garden is hosting a festive event as part of the action of the UCI World Cycling Road Championships Wollongong 2022.
There will be food, live music, kids activities and a place to gather and watch the Women’s elite road race.
Remember Lawrence Hargrave Drive will be closed for the race from 11am til 2pm so come by foot, bike or train!
Time: 12-2pm, Saturday 24 September.
